To sign up for classes come by a view the projects and reserve you place in class. Our
class policy will be that you must sign up and pay for the class in advance to reserve your
place. If we ever need to cancel you will receive a full refund or we will reschedule for you.
If you do not show up or just no longer wish to take the class there is no refund. If we are
able to fill your spot or you have a personal conflict or emergency we will refund. These
rules are as much for your fellow quilters as for you.

Book time on the Gammill Machine. The first
hour we will furnish a charity quilt and give full
hands on lesson or you can start out on your own
quilt top and we will give you the same hands on
first hour and assist in the process of completing
your quilting experience.
Rent of first class $20.00 an hour. One hour
minimum. $5.00 each quarter hour there after.

Roly Poly Santa Kit Class August 12 at 10am
This class will be to assist in putting together the
Roly Poly Santa Kit by Happy Hollow
Finished size is approximately 32 x 13
Cost of Class is $5.00 plus you must purchase or
have a pattern
You will need to purchase the supplies listed on
the pattern and do your homework to prepare for
the class. We will have additional materials you
can purchase to complete your project if you do
not wish to do homework.
Quilt by the Mile August 16-23-September 6 from
10 am to 3 pm
Quilt by the Mile" is a wonderful process
whereby one can create a beautiful piece of
fabric from one inch strips. Carol Ann Wilbourn is
the creator of this process and will teach you in
three sessions her technique. For a fee she will
pick out fabrics for a kit we will precut 100 one
inch strips. Kits run around $40 to $50 for the
100 strips. The three classes are a bargain at
$100.00.
She will help you to create a quilt with your piece.

Paper piecing August 19 at 10am
Learn to paper piece a carpenter wheel to make
a wall hanging or use to make a table topper of
table runner.
Finished size 21 ½”
Cost of Class is $20.00 this includes a pattern by
“A Very Special Collection”
When you sign up of the class you will receive a
supply list and homework to prepare for the class.
Santa Seat Cover August 29 at 10am
You will need to see this to appreciate the
finished product.
In this class, you will make a toilet seat cover for
Christmas. This is the greatest gift ever or just a
great decoration for party entertainment.
Cost of Class is $25.00 this includes a pattern by
us.
When you sign up for the class you will receive a
supply list and homework to prepare for the
class.
Underground Railroad Monthly Club Third
Thursday Starting August 21
In this class, we will help you to make the blocks
in the Book “Underground Railroad” by Eleanor
Burns.
You must have or Purchase the book.
Cost of Class is a $5.00 minimum purchase the
day of the class.

Lone Star September 25 & 25 at 10am
Learn to make a lone star quilt. This class will be
to make a basic lone star wall hanging
approximately 70” square
You can easily expand the star to a larger quilt
This class is two secessions
Cost of Class is $35.00 this includes a book by
Eleanor Burns
When you sign up for the class you will receive a
supply list and homework to prepare for the class.

Jibbles and Bits October 11 at 10am
This is a very scrappy way to use up a lot of your
left over fabric. (See Photos) at her blogspot at
www.quiltbythemile.blogspot.com View the
pictures and read about this technique.
Cost of Class is $45.00 Just Bring a lot of scraps.

You need to pay for the class to reserve your
spot. If the class is costly we will take a deposit.
But the balance is due at the first class. Most
classes require sewing machines and general
sewing supplies. If you can not bring a machine,
check with us. Please note most classes start at
10:00 am I will try to note if the time is different.
